Thanks Jon, That mapping is already configured in my IIS and is unchecked for ensuring the file exists, I've also had a look around my CF admin and can't see anything abnormal, like I say, its working on other sites on the same server, it would seem that the finger should be pointing at my code, but it's not as if its complex.
