I took the line out for attachement and add the variable name "#data.filename#" there. The email I recevied it has a correct filename with the correct path.
It looks to me that everything is fine except when I add the attachement. Just wanna make sure that there is no limitation using the cfmailparam within the cfc executed by the gateway instance.....
