Some sites can get away with things like that because of the brand. Others
need to worrie about user approval.
Some stats while were at it because javascript ins't the only thing
developer forget about. Screen Res. is another.
I'm going to start calling these people the 10 %ers. "No Javascript and
Small Monitors."
