No, that's not possible, in that a cookie refers to a specific kind of token set by the server. However, in the absence of cookies, you can use a token sent on every request within URL or form data. Unlike a cookie, though, you will need to send this on every request; a cookie can be set once, after which the server can expect to receive the cookie automatically upon subsequent page requests.
