Thanks for the links, Dave. I'm reading through it, and to me it seems like its ridiculous. For one thing, here is what it says in 2.3: "No other network installation or access ( either directly or through commands, data or instructions) is permitted, including, but not limited to: .... (v) for operations not initiated by an individual user (e.g. high-volume automated server processing of wire feed content);" I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly, but to me it says that we are not allowed to run scheduled tasks in CF (among other things). It also doesn't seem to address my questions about the Educational versions. When you go to the educational store, however, it states the following: "What are the restrictions in using education versions of Adobe products? A customer may only purchase one copy of any product. Education versions of Former Macromedia products only (Studio 8, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.) are intended for instructional and administrative purposes only and may not be used for any commercial purpose." When I asked about this on the phone, however, I was initially told the same thing, but when I asked him to show me the licensing agreement, he went to research it and said that he was wrong, and you can in fact use the educational edition for commercial purposes. Is there another agreement that we enter into when we buy the software, or does the EULA cover it? I can't find anything in the EULA that supports the statement on their education store. I also can't find anything about bundled products. Can someone shed some light on this?
