A.B. get yourself a copy of Win2k or NT and install IIS. IIS is very
easy...there are tons of tutorials out there. Once you have IIS configured
right, you are 90% of the way there.
The rest would be some understanding of DNS (look up A records and MX
records) and mail servers...
Voila, instant web hoster :-)
See if your ISP will help you out too. If they are nice, they might do the
DNS stuff for you.
