Jordan, For Fusebox 4, as a precaution, when you move a site to production, make sure you change the mode to Production and remove all Parsed files before running them. When in production mode, certain items are not checked and parsed files are run as is.
Do not run a production environment in development mode. It is not thread safe and you will run into problems.
