Both I guess, that installation option is not even available in CF Standard.

No, CF Standard does not support the J2EE deployments, so no multi instance
deployment. You need CF Enterprise for that (or Developer Edition, of
course).

Can the mult-server installation of CF be used for the standard version of
CF? I followed the ACME guide when setting up my environment recently with
the dev version and was wondering how this will effect things if i was to
purchase a license for the standard version to apply to the current setup i
have going on.
