I've actually seen that =) It's 108 pages of screenshots, much of it is "how to install" coldfusion, mysql, cfeclipse, and apache. I don't need to know how to install any of those things (and I have no intention of using apache in development since we don't use it in production) I will look more in depth at it as I see a few places in it where it offers answers to some of my questions...
