I've been doing this code (below) for awhile now, monthly, to send
out a newsletter. It pulls from a static file, parses through the
data for the newsletter. It also queries a registration page to find
out if there newsletter setting is true or false. I'm receiving an
error that the loop is timing out. Oddly, while the tr_len count has
gone up, it's not gone up considerably. If I lower it to 400 it
works and at 430 it doesn't, but I suspect last month it was at
around 500 and I received no complaints.
Anyhoo, should this be enough to warrant that problem or should I be
looking for another? While this wasn't the best way of doing the
job, I've learned since. I have to rewrite this code in a month
anyway so I'm somewhat loathe to do any major adjustments at the moment.
