That's not a bad idea...go daddy has cheap CF hosting that might be good for
just taking it for a spin to see what it can do...

Maybe I'm crazy-- but have you looked into simply purchasing a hosting
plan from a hosting provider like hostmysite.com?  Running your own
server can be a lot of maintenance and cost if you only have one site.
If you want you can even purchase plans with managed servers where they
take care of the hardware, connectivity, power uptimes, backups etc and
you do the administration.  There are varying levels of control you can
have.  At any rate, it may be easier/cheaper in the long run to use a
hosting provider than to set up your own servers.
