i checked out this page:

http://www.fullasagoog.com/blogsontap.cfm

the cf opml url is:

http://www.fullasagoog.com/opml/ColdFusionMX.opml

i saved the .opml file locally.

in google reader, went to Settings > Import/Export, and uploaded the local
file.

don't know if there is any way to do it via an http path.
