Ok, to run MySql locally, just download the community server version from their website. To use MySql on HostMySite, you'll need to connect to their MySql installation (I'm assuming you can get the details from them) and then you can use a GUI frontend, such as Navicat to create the tables remotely, or import them from a local installation.
