Unfortunately, when Excel saves to CSV or Tab Delimited format it only puts
double-quotes around cells that have commas in them, and does NOT put quotes around
cells without commas.
This format breaks both BCP (for Sybase) and CFHTTP query.
It's aggravating to me that Sybase and Allaire both have a CSV solution (BCP and
CFHTTP) that doesn't work with the most common type of CSV file...
Does anyone know a way to make Excel save EVERY cell with quotes, or NONE with quotes,
or a way to make CFHTTP make a query and remove quotes on the cells that have them?
