Maybe you could assign weight to your results, so if the term matches in the title, give +5. If it matches in the description, give it +1 for each match, etc. Then show them in order of highest score to lowest, and allow the users to add additional search terms to further filter (ie, search my results, or start a new search). Allow them to remove individual search terms from within a refined search to really narrow it down to what they are looking for. You would need to make some interface designs to make this intuitive, but it would allow quick searching. =)
