Might be as simple as you forgot to wrap the #'s with <cfoutput>s. Happens to me quite often*- just view the source, using firebug or whatnot, and verify that it is sticking the correct URL in there. *I used to wrap the whole page in a <cfoutput>. Now I don't. Thus... habits.
