It's selects that populate other selects. I was able to help it out by doin what James told me to do a while back - Don't load up all the options when the page loads. Only load them up based on the first selection in another menu. I never implemented what he said because it worked great in FF. I underestimated the crapiness of IE tho. :) I'd still like to load them all up when the page loads, so a user can run a report off one of them without selecting other options.
