Well I finally got sick of the one vista issue still bugging me, the slow zip file handling and slow file copy/move operations.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931770/en-us The hotfix above will fix your problems, and if you don't want to phone Microsoft to get it just goole search it and you will find it for download from several 3rd party sites for both 32 and 64 bit. I have installed it on my machines and they all work fine now.
