I've been playing around with JAVA for some time now and generally have a pretty good grasp of what's going on, its not that dissimilar to ColdFusion, at least the principle are the same, however, I really want to begin expanding on that knowledge and thought I'd ask you for some pointers to good resources, something to fill my book case perhaps? Not just things geared toward web development either, stuff for desktop and embedded application development would be of a great interest to me as it's something I spend a lot of time doing with other languages like C and Python.
