Claude, I know when I was using WebTrends the newest file was always locked by IIS and could not be processed until the predetermine time period per file was over. However, the file was viewable with notepad and etc. Have you tried opening any older files? Also, I know from my experience, it was easier to deal with the logs when IIS only logged 1 hour per file. Also the over all space used by all of the files was smaller. -Aaron
