In my first response to you in this thread I suggested CFHTTP and
CFWDDX as possible solutions. You can learn and become a better
programmer by looking them up in the documentation and seeing whether
they fit your needs. That will also tell you what WDDX stands for.

I know this seems to belabor the point but the documentation provided
with ColdFusion is really very good. The Reference Manual is good for
basic stuff like figuring out the attributes on tags but the
Developer's Guide is a tremendous resource for learning about many
common tasks in ColdFusion. And it's free! It comes with the product.
You can also read all the documentation online, either on
http://livedocs.adobe.com or http://cfquickdocs.com/ (which a lot of
people prefer for reference material).

And then there's Google. Let's ask Google:

http://www.google.com/search?q=generate+XML+from+coldfusion+query

The third response is this one:

http://www.developer.be/index.cfm/fuseaction/tutorialDetail/GroupID/71/tutorialName/Generating_XML_with_ColdFusion_-_A_Rough_Guide.htm

(watch line wrap on the URL)

Let's ask Google a simpler question:

http://www.google.com/search?q=convert+CSV+to+XML

This is your original question. The number one result is:

http://www.stylusstudio.com/csv_to_xml.html#

And they have a free trial download:

"Try Stylus CSV to XML Conversion Utility
Download a free trial of our award-winning CSV to XML data integration
tool today!"

Here's the download link:

http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml_download.html

So, a moment on Google would have gotten you an answer.
