Thank you both for your answers. I kind of fix it. It had a div above my header. IE was displaying the header nicely after the first one, but FF was overlapping it, even though I was setting a 20px top margin.
I will have to read more on this to better understand it, but by taking the first div out the header with the image looks the same in both IE and FF.
