Casey, Thanks. I'm actually doing a lot of this as we speak (funny how the same problem many times produces the same solution). Maybe I'll take the extra steps and do the option table too. I was just going to have a large options column and let the admin enter a list of possible options for selects, checkboxes and radio buttons. All would appear in a group if checkboxes or radio, and as the list of options if select. Denormalizes the data a bit, but this is a quickie. I'll eventually get back to this to beef it up.
