This company has offered clients a "Lite" version for a reduced price and one of the features is a print friendly of a report. I have no idea how much the upgrade costs - but it comes with export functionality - ports it into flat file or whatever you want. Again, I didn't make this decision... I'm just the guy trying to make it work. Good or bad business?
