But - you can put any attribute you want in a cfcomponent tag. So I
could do this in CF7:

<cfcomponent implements="foo" ray="1>

that would work fine. CF7 would just ignore them (well, it doesn't
ignore it, it adds them to the metadata). So he could have typed in a
implements attribute and it would have worked fine in CF7, but
possibly thrw an error in cf8.
