How is it a privacy issue to show the "from" address as the email of the person sending the email?
The sender has chosen to send an email, and they have chosen to include their email address as part of the submission. The only problem for me with this is that the automated script that creates the sites would have to interact with a mail server (which is not on the machine) to create a POP3 account which was a simple info-reply address. That gets further into domain issues, which I'd rather not have to deal with. The current method I use is fool-proof in that the address is guaranteed to work, and requires no effort on my part. Currently I add a "Reply-to:" with the poster's address, though I may stop doing that in the future for privacy reasons. I will continue to add a "Problems-to:" with the admin's address.
