I would assume not, but I don't know for sure. When Forta was at my local user group he mentioned that the CF team was able to "borrow" code from the PDF department now that CF is part of Adobe and that is what made most of the cfpdf tag possible. Now that they have direct access to the pdf code, I would hope they would use it and not a third-party vendor.
