The physical mail server crashed on Wednesday and was brought back up around 2:30 or so pm. I'm not sure when it went down but can check. The software mail server got jammed at about 1:30am Thursday morning and when I got it back up it had a few hundred thousand emails to process, which it did. You should be up to date with everything. I'll be up all night tonight writing new layers of protection from spam and such to avoid crashes and logjams. I'm also going to look into a second mail server for failover and load balancing.
