I had posted to the list a while back about an API for SmarterMail, which is a mail server that many web hosts use. In my case, the issue was that I needed to create a thousand email accounts, and I'm lazy.
Anyway, I found this http://josh.com/tsma/TSMADump/index.htm command-line utility and it works like a charm. It's churning away right now, saving me from hours of tedious work.
