Programmatically listing form post

Hi,

I am trying to create a basic but dynamic form handling email page. I want
it to be generic for any form that will be created in the future so with the
exception of TO, FROM, SUBJECT, the other fields will not be known.

Is there a method of searching the FORM construct for any variable after it.

i.e..
while x not at end of form variable list
        display Form.x
loop
