I haven't seen any serial numbers for CF8 yet so I'll be interested to see whether they are "Adobe" serial numbers (all numbers) or "Macromedia" serial numbers (beginning with CED or CFD or something similar). Since I stopped being involved with Web Team some time ago I don't know where things stand on product serialization but this was a fairly complex piece of integration work post-acquisition since it cuts to the heart of a lot of business processes.
