Has anyone who has a maintenance subscription for CF heard anything from Adobe yet regarding the CF8 upgrade?
We're ready to move CF8 into production but don't have the new serial yet. I spent a while on the phone today talking to Adobe Customer Service and they said nothing had been sent out yet via email (or otherwise) to maintenance subscription holders. That's all they knew and I was told to call back in a week if I hadn't seen anything show up yet. It's pretty frustrating just sitting and waiting for it. It seems like in the past Macromedia was much quicker out the door with the upgrades to maintenance holders and we usually had our new serial number the day of release or very, very close to it.
