Hello Everyone, Thank you very much for responding to my question:
Dave & Jochem - your question of "what is the message when you run jrun -start cf7" pointed me in the right direction. I am not sure if this is "right" or not, but it is running. I found that when I ran the start command from the command line I got a message of CF7 is already running. But the service in the services control panel was not running and would not start. So I went into jrun console and found the server of CF7 was running. I then stopped the server in the console and then went back to the services control panel and started the service. Everything is running fine now.
