Yes, it works like that.  The CF server's authentication is passed
through to SQL.  You only need to ensure that the CF domain account has
a matching login, in SQL, as well as the appropriate permissions within
the database(s).

You should also clear the username and password fields in the
datasource.  They are not needed.
