Ok, so I re-installed CF7 in build-in server mode, and tried to use 
wsconfig.jar to configurate IIS.
In the process, I got C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\lib\wsconfig\ created but 
still no Jrun.dll

The problem now is that when I click OK to get the configuration done, I 
get the message
"Exception occured trying to get an MBean"... :-(

What the heck does M. Bean has to do with this?
