Hell, the internet is fine for #1-  I can tell you, just about teaching in
general-  a human mentor for "real stuff" vs. a vendor training on
"example" stuff is way better.  Faster.  Stronger.  And it builds team
work/comrade-ship.

In my experience, teaching about 7 people, over the span of 10 years
or so, that is.  =]  (I'm no teacher by trade, so, YMMV + disclaimers ;)

Some of my best friends are teachers & students tho, so... =P
