FCS would be great, the question is bandwidth. When I set this up for a 
station on the east coast, as well as multiple audio/video streams for 
their parent company, I used a third party broadcast provider - 
SurferNetwork.com. We encoded the streams on our side (we used Windows 
Media for it's quality to compression ratios) which were sent to 
SurferNetwork, who then managed the actual stream and bandwidth 
allocation. Smart thing, too, as our bandwidth usage per month would 
have far exceeded our dual T3 connection.
