I don't know if it's available as a separate download now. Do you need this because you want to install Verity on another machine? Or because you're having a configuration problem with the version already installed? If the former, you could install CF on the second machine as a temporary workaround, perhaps, then just disable the CF service. If the latter, there's a batch file to reconfigure Verity somewhere within the installed files.
