If you don't see it listed as a bindable key, then yes, you'll have to wait for Aptana to add it (or, I think Aptana is Open Source, so you can also go ahead and add it yourself- that's what I did for Subclipse, and the second here and there that it's saved me has added up to more time than it took to add the ability- which is always sorta nice) If Apt's SFTP sync worked in Europa, I'd probably add it myself, as I've been meaning to add a key-binding to an SFTP upload for a long time.
