Jerry, you are correct, I know nothing of RSS.
The data would not change often, they only do a couple of press releases
every month.
So, it sounds like all I need to do is to put that tag in the <head> which
will point to an xml file that I programmatically create. Is that all there is
to it? That sounds deceptively simple...
