say i have an xml doc

<b>
<c />
</b>
</a>
how would i add a node "d" to node "b", so i'd end up with something like this?
<a>
<b>
<c />
<d />
</b>
</a>
i've tried structInsert & xmlElemNew. no workee. i seem to have mushed up the
part of my brain that deals w/xml, it's always a mystery to me ;-)
