1st question:
Have you successfully run this before?

2nd question:
If so, have you changed any of the argument names or data types since the last 
successful run WITHOUT updating the webservice via CF Admin?

If you answered yes to number 2...then go refresh that webservice and away you 
go

If you answerd no...well that will take more thought ;-)
