There is an argument keepBookmark. By default its false. Keep it to true and it will solve this problem. A little more about keepBookmark: This variable tells us whether user wants to retain/merge bookmarks,page labels, structure, OCC etc in the merged pdf. Somehow links in pdf's generated through cfdocument require this to honor them.
