In the older version of IIS there was a "check that files exists" checkbox that
could be used to find requests for .cfm files that didn't exists and specify a
redirect page.

Does anyone know how to handle this with IIS 7? The custom errors page still
misses out on requests for missing .cfm page and I get the error:

"File not found: /bob.cfm"

How can I take care of this?
