Are you able to connect to standard Windows dlls?

eg, can you run this snippet:

<cfobject type=".NET" name="test" class="System.Environment">
<cfdump var="#test#">
<cfdump var="#test.Get_Version().ToString()#"> <!--- 2.0.50727.1318 on WinXp
Sp2 for me; 2.0.50727.312 on vista for me --->

also, what account are your CF services running under? permissions okay?
