My server (coldfusion 5) is hosted at a hosting company in California. recently (from last week) every night time from 7pm to morning 5am (japan time), my server is very slow (ping statistic showing 729ms)
What makes me confused... If I type "tracert www.ilovesmart.com" (tracert to my website)... why does the results... shows other's website and NOT mine ? is this normal ? ... or something wrong behind ? Sorry if I ask this in the wrong forum... I can't find the answer else.
