Are you setting up the Schedule via the Admin or the tag?
It's a lot easier to test and setup via the Admin

The location is HTTP, so it has to be absolute for that purpose

Also, the CF server needs a restart to ensure it's going to run the schedule
(just do it via the Control Panel/Services)
If it's not your own server, then you'll have to wait for the ISP/owner to
kick the service
