My understanding (to all those questions) is "yes".  I don't use it, but 
a co-worker does (he's in charge of the pretty, I'm in charge of the it 
works).

It's an Adobe product that basically lets you capture what you are doing 
on screen, annotate it, and export to flash.  I'm sure the Adobe site 
can tell you more about it.
