There's a browse offline option in windows but I've never used it so I'm not
sure how well it works (or if at all) but there are plenty of programs  that
will run through your site and save a static copy of it. wget is a Linux
command that can also do the same.

Something like...
wget -mkE http://mysite.com

You can also get wget for windows.. (blasphemy!)
