You're better off just grabbing a new copy of vanilla Eclipse,
exporting your update sites from your old installation, importing it
into the new one, and updating.  That should give you the same toolset
as you have currently, except that everything should be the most
current version.

The Eclipse guys (and gals, I'm sure) have done a great making the
process remarkably painless.  Unfortunately, certain vendors (like
Adobe) botch that all up and really hamstring the platform as a whole,
which is a great shame as it devalues both the offending product and
the Eclipse platform as a whole.
